Townsite Solar 2 ("TS2") commenced development of the project.

May 2022

TS2 executed three-year lease option for 88.5 acres with Boulder City, NV for a solar project.

Dec 2023

BLM issued a 30-year ROW grant for 85 acres on BLM land adjacent to the City site for solar project.

Sep 2024

TS2 executed interconnection agreement with Southern Nevada Water Authority for bilateral transmission on a newly-constructed 230 kV line connecting the project site to the Mead substation.

Nov 2024

TS2 executed purchase orders with HICO for the transformer and two high-voltage breakers.

Nov 2025

TS2 applied to amend its BLM ROW Grant to construct a data center on BLM-managed land.

Jan 2026

TS2 submitted a Land Management Process Application (LMP) to add a data center use to the Phase 1 parcel on the site in addition to a BESS.

Jun 2026

The BLM issued a ROW amendment approving a 28-year ROW for a data center on the BLM land.
